Expansion of Baltimore Community Lending, Inc. (BCL) /Community Development Financial Institution

Keller Professional Services, Inc. (KPS) supports Baltimore Community Lending, Inc.’s operations and the expansion of its Small Business Lending Services. As their Hiring Director and HR Consultant, KPS recruited and supported the onboarding of several positions including Administrative Fundraising staff to support operations, as well as several new team members of their Small Business Lending Division and newly established Business Development Center: Small Business Associate to support loan processing; Small Business Loan Officers to meet the growing demand for small business lending and business services; Small Business Training and Development Officer to provide business coaching and development support to small business loan applicants and borrowers; and a Technical Assistance Associate to manage intake and triage of new small business clients requiring technical assistance support for business development.
Baltimore City Information Technology (BCIT) Workday Implementation

KPS assisted the Baltimore City Government Information Technology Division in creating and implementing a Team Effectiveness Strategy for its Financial Workday Implementation Team. The KellerPro Services Team Building Plan facilitated leadership development using assessments, training and coaching strategies to cultivate a collaborative team environment. Activities and webinar training topics included, but are not limited to: Achieving Team Commitment; Constructive Conflict; Embracing Accountability; Managing Time, Stress, and Job Burnout. Further Consulting services involved individual and group coaching, insight interviews and a Data Analysis Report.
Maryland Center for Hospitality Training (MCHT) /Occupational Training Programs

Keller Professional Services, Inc. provides training and professional development services to support the MCHT Certified Hospitality Training Program. KPS develops and facilitates relevant coursework pursuant to Baltimore City Community College students’ successful completion of the MCHT Certified Hospitality Skills Training Program. KellerPro’s Professional Development Coursework includes: Resume Building Services, Successful Interviewing Techniques and One-on-One Coaching; as well as webinars on Effective Communication, the Entrepreneurial Mindset. KPS also provides Program Development support.
